"Sweat equity" nghĩa là gì?

"Sweat equity" = vốn mồ hôi nước mắt -> nghĩa là công sức bỏ ra để nâng cấp, xây dựng doanh nghiệp, dự án hoặc sản phẩm.
Ví dụ
Sweat equity is usually linked (liên kết) to a startup's intellectual (trí tuệ) property or technical expertise. This equity can be provided as an alternate mode of compensation to retain (giữ lại) employees.
The organization requires partner families to commit 400 hours of sweat equity in building their home, with help from the Island community. Greg Orcutt, executive director of Habitat for Humanity of Martha’s Vineyard, said Tony and Vikki Cortez each put in at least 700 hours of hard work building their home.
