"Time is on (one’s) side" -> nghĩa là có nhiều thời gian để làm việc gì, có lợi thế về thời gian (thời gian ủng hộ mình).

“At this point in your life, time is on your side,” he said. “It’s a great opportunity. The world has literally stopped spinning. The treadmill (cối xoay guồng) has stopped. You can step off and just look around and decide what it is you want to do in the future.”

Williams, who turns 38 on Sept. 26, has made four Grand Slam finals since her return to the tour after giving birth to her daughter, Olympia, two years ago. She has not won a set in any of them. But she has looked better in each one, especially at the U.S. Open where she mounted a furious comeback in the second set and almost won it. Her longtime coach says time is on her side.

Bobby’s achievement chiselled (chạm, trổ) his name into the granite (đá hoa cương) of English footballing history; a knighthood (tầng lớp hiệp sĩ) and a statue (tượng) outside the heart of English football followed. After repeating the feat at under-20 level in 2017, Cook has yet to enjoy the luxuries that Moore did - but time is on his side. When they lifted England’s first international title in over half a century, much was expected of the U-20 side - it still is, for many of them. Given that it’s three years today since that historic night, what’s become of that side now?
