"If you want peace, prepare for war" nghĩa là gì?

"If you want peace, (you must) prepare for war" = nếu bạn muốn hòa bình, hãy chuẩn bị cho chiến tranh -> nghĩa là phải chuẩn bị tốt về mặt quân sự, trang bị vũ trang mạnh để chống lại các thế lực thù địch khi cần.
