As some guy trying to use his position to impress me so I'd be flattered by his attention. It didn't and I wasn't. But I guess his intent came across enough that I'm surprised to hear he's a married man. Or, more to the point, that he'd so openly flirt with someone right in the middle of city hall.

More to the point, they are unlikely to do so in any foreseeable (dự trước được) future.
