"Bust one's chops" -> nghĩa là dồn nhiều sức lực để làm công việc khó khăn/nặng nhọc, nghĩa khác là rầy là/mắng mỏ, bắt ép ai làm điều gì.

Ví dụ
Tune in (tham gia) for all, some or even just part of the party, no matter how much or how little you partake, no one will bust your chops for showing up late, not staying to see their band or talking during someone’s set (you probably still shouldn’t get in the habit of doing that though).

It's pretty simple, don't break the law, don't resist (kháng cự) arrest, the cops won't have to bust your chops or worse.

“We always bust his chops,” said Bill Dunn, who works for All Phase Glass & Maintenance. “We tell him he bleeds (chảy máu) red, white and blue. Everything he owns has flags (quốc kì) on it. He’s just a true patriot (người yêu nước). God love him.”

My favorite matches ever, first one was [with Randy] Savage, really all of them. What’s really interesting is that a lot of the guys back then would bust my chops because I’d lay out the whole (toàn bộ) match in my head before I went out there.
