"Tell it to the judge" nghĩa là gì?


"Tell it to the judge" = đi mà trình bày với thẩm phán ấy -> nghĩa là không tin lời ai nói;  "muốn trình bày thì lên phường".

Riding my bike toward him with a traffic light, now red, behind me. He issued me a ticket despite my explanation and said “tell it to the judge.”

Uber has argued that it merely (đơn thuần) provides and maintains the platform (nền tảng) -- the smartphone app and underlying technology -- that allows drivers to connect with customers, and thus drivers' work is "outside [Uber's] usual course of business," a key test for determining whether a gig worker must be classified as an employee under Assembly Bill 5.
