“Up and at them/up and at 'em/up and Adam” -> nghĩa là thức dậy và bắt đầu hoạt động, làm việc hoặc hòa nhập với mọi người.

Ví dụ
President Trump was up and at 'em this morning with one message on his mind that he felt the need to repeat over and over and over AND OVER again -- America, vote ... MAGA.

It seems people may have been a little lethargic (ngủ lịm, lờ phờ) and less keen to get up and at them for a morning workout. It’s clearly the case, with over 1.5m people already streaming the 30 minute workout after Joe uploaded it to YouTube – with many others heading to social media to let The Body Coach know they couldn’t tune in live but will watch it later on.

"Everything is measured and there is a lot of positivity, building players, building levels—he's working on it all the time," former Rangers centre-back Gareth McAuley, who played under Gerrard last season, told BBC Sport in January. "People might think he's a shouter or a bawler or up and at them, but he's not. He's very constructive (có tính xây dựng) in what he does."
