“Be (all) brothers/sisters under the skin” = anh/chị em cùng ruột thịt -> nghĩa là những người có chung cảm giác/suy nghĩa dù giữa họ có nhiều mặt khác nhau.

Ví dụ
Try to be more thoughtful. Just because you believe that people are all brothers under the skin doesn’t mean that you won’t miscalculate (tính sai) someone’s reactions to your other beliefs. Make informed decisions about major purchases.

History isn't just written by the victors. It's written by men, and historical romances correct that oversight. Good ones immerse readers in the lives of our foremothers (bà tổ). They help us appreciate how far we've come. They reinforce that we're all sisters under the skin. It's inspiring to see the strong women who fought the good fight before us.

So here we have Governor Sisolak exposed. The Democrats have made no secret that they want the U.S. flooded with ineligible (không đủ tư cách/điều kiện) voters and unaccounted for ballots. But Sisolak couldn’t pull this off by himself. He wouldn’t dare. He couldn’t take the glare of the spotlight or the heat of public debate if he did, so like all Democrats he used his own private army, the unions, to do that for him. He and his union buddies have joined the ranks of the Brownshirts, the Wagner Group, and the CIA in their dirty skullduggery (mưu mẹo, lừa bịp) with plausible deniability for the mastermind. They are all brothers under the skin.
