"Not be in the business of (doing something)" -> nghĩa là không làm việc nhất định nào.

“This rule says banks should not be in the business of assessing risk. That is what banks do every day,” said Steve Rothstein, head of the Ceres Accelerator for Sustainable Capital Markets, a sustainability investment advocacy group. “The ones that do well make healthy loans, and we are seeing clearly a trend for more awareness and engagement with ESG,” he said

Stewart also said that if, as a parent, you have sole legal decision-making authority, you will get to decide whether to vaccinate your child. If you have joint legal decision-making and you disagree, you will probably need to go to Court over it, but he added that the Court will not be in the business of choosing to vaccinate children and will ultimately defer to medical doctors giving one parent the legal decision-making authority.

That does not mean Trump officials will be ostracized everywhere. As the administration comes to end, Trump officials could land at top public policy, international affairs and political science schools around the country – including GW. But universities should not be in the business of hiring people who were complicit (đồng lõa) in atrocious (hung ác, xấu xa) policies and opposition to science and integrity. Officials should hold members of the Trump administration accountable and reject them from positions at the University.
