“Status quo bias” nghĩa là gì?

“Status quo bias” = định kiến nguyên trạng -> nghĩa là xu hướng muốn giữ nguyên trạng (mọi thứ như cũ, lựa chọn điều quen thuộc hơn là điều xa lạ (dù có thể có lợi hơn)).
Ví dụ
The challenge is not only the work itself but the difficulty of overcoming inertia and status quo bias, to move consumer behaviour, corporates, or sectors in the direction we wish to go.
