“Emotional support animal” = động vật hỗ trợ cảm xúc -> nghĩa là thú cưng được bác sĩ, chuyên gia tâm lý chính thức chứng nhận cho phép đi cùng để mang lại sự thoải mái, hỗ trợ tinh thần (thường liên quan đến tình trạng sức khỏe tâm thần).
