"Pester power" nghĩa là gì?

"Pester power" = năng lực quấy rầy -> nghĩa là trẻ em nài nỉ, khóc lóc, đòi bằng được bố mẹ mua đồ chơi mình muốn.

In 2019, children are ‘pestering’ for change and parents are listening. This isn’t pester power as we’ve known it for generations gone by, this is progressive (có tiến triển) and positive pester power.
Pester power – when kids try to get their parents to buy something, or change their behaviour – might usually be associated with nagging (mè nheo) for lollies at the checkout, but in this case it could be working towards positive change instead.
