"Prawn cocktail offensive" nghĩa là gì?

"Prawn cocktail offensive" = cuộc tấn công món cocktail tôm -> nghĩa (mỉa mai) là chính trị gia cố quyên góp tiền khi tham gia sự kiện giao lưu (nơi thường phục vụ cocktail tôm).

What we got, as a result, was an enormously expensive ‘buy now, pay later’ credit card for building public infrastructure.
