"Whistle and flute" có từ whistle là huýt sáo, còn flute (ống sáo) vần với từ suit -> cụm từ này nghĩa (lóng) là bộ com-lê.

Ví dụ
Adding a splash (vết đốm, mảng) of 70s colour is Breakfast star Zoe Ball, who sports (chưng diện) an orange whistle and flute with matching bobble (quả cầu bằng len đính trên mũ) in her high ponytail (tóc cột cao đuôi ngựa, tóc đuôi gà).

More recently, Whistle and Flute was opened on the culinary wasteland that is Greenhill Road. Rhyming slang for ‘suit’, Whistle and Flute is not only and excellent noshery, it is also a joint venture between the tenants (tá điền) of 136 Greenhill Road, Leedwell Property and Business SA.

As all accents do, the cockney accent (giọng khu đông london) has evolved, transmuted and taken on flavours and colours of other accents. While you are now less likely to hear Barbara Windsor’s famous cockney lilt in east London, the cockney accent is alive and well. Instead, it’s bought a new whistle and flute (suit), got a haircut, and moved to a semi-detached house in Essex.
