"You've lost me" nghĩa là gì?

"You've lost me" = bạn khiến tôi lạc rồi -> nghĩa là không thể hiểu nữa, bối rối, không quan tâm tới điều đối phương nói; chán chả buồn nghe.
Ví dụ
She chirps (thỏ thẻ), “Meanwhile, why don’t you film me running up the hill?” Five seconds later: “Just for peeps to see how I’m helping you out.” Five seconds after that: “Quick, now you’ve lost me. I’m so far ahead. Wait, I’ll run back.”

I have no idea what the point is here as you’ve lost me totally, however, I think it’s about time someone was held to account (giải thích)) for false reviews. It is wrong that people can simply make up anything (and they do) and there be no recourse by the business owner! This may deter others from doing the same!
