"Jobs for the boys" = công việc cho anh em -> nghĩa là công việc được giao cho người thân quen, con ông cháu cha, mặc dù không đủ tiêu chuẩn để làm.

Ví dụ
The half-a-million-pound donation (ủng hộ) from a Tory peer straight after his appointment to the Lords, despite concerns from the watchdog, is clear for all to see – a corrupt Tory government handing out jobs for the boys.

Political gravy train just cannot help itself. They have a massive county council in charge of dublin. But here we have a highly paid politician (chính trị gia) looking for more jobs for the boys.

Last year NAWIC spent a significant (nhiều) amount of time talking about how the government could fix the problem it had with the perception that the last budget was about “jobs for the boys” by ensuring that a proportion of that construction and infrastructure stimulus spend was directed at ensuring more women were recruited into those industries.

What this all boils down to is quite a different range of priorities (ưu tiên) exist amongst supporters. Some supporters want a strong Everton core to the next appointment, while others resent (bực bội) the “jobs for the boys” ethos that seems to underpin this.
