"Ring-fencing" nghĩa là gì?

"Ring-fencing" = hàng rào tròn -> nghĩa là tách riêng một phần tài sản (của cá nhân, công ty) cho mục đích riêng, ví dụ, giảm thuế hoặc bảo vệ khối tài sản đó khỏi bị thiệt hại từ các hoạt động/dự án rủi ro hơn.
