"Canteen culture" nghĩa là gì?

"Canteen culture" = văn hóa căng-tin -> nghĩa là các định kiến phân biệt chủng tộc, giới tính được nhiều người tin theo, nhất là những định kiến không được tổ chức đó chính thức chấp nhận.
