"Hustle culture" nghĩa là gì?

"Hustle culture = văn hóa hối hả, Burnout Culture = văn hóa kiệt sức, Workaholism = nghiện công việc, Toxic Productivity = năng suất độc hại -> tất cả các từ này đều nghĩa là làm việc liên tục, không ngừng nghỉ.

Ví dụ
Hustle culture and its celebration of never-ending work have undermined (làm suy yếu) productivity for too long. I cringe (cảm thấy khó chịu) at mantras like “rise and grind,” “girl boss,” and “go hard or go home” that we feel forced to follow to prove our value and rise to the cultural challenge.

We live in a hustle culture that tells us that we constantly have to be **doing** or life is going to fall down around us. Will your practice (việc thường lệ) suffer because you take a month off of networking and business development? Maybe a little bit. But will it totally fall apart? No. You’re still practicing, you’re still doing good work.

A big root cause of the need to see more achievements may come from the hustle culture around us. So many across the internet have long been preaching (ca tụng) the hustle culture value of hard work that never stops. Highly ambitious (tham vọng) people easily fall into the trap of this “work harder” mentality.

Focus on results above all. Allow for employees to take long breaks during "normal" work hours or disconnect for entire weekends, and focus only on whether or not goals are being met. Create a KPI culture over a micromanaged clock-punching hustle culture.
