"I've had it up to here" -> nghĩa là 'tôi chịu hết nổi rồi'; (đưa tay lên chỉ vào cổ) 'tôi ngấy đến tận cổ rồi'.

I’ve had it up to here with politicians throwing around historic terms with abandon, and with a complete abandonment (từ bỏ) of history and truth. Terms have been turned into Molotov cocktails and thrown into the crowd, whipping them up into a frenzy … like the villagers in “Young Frankenstein,” when Inspector Kemp shouts “A riot is an ugly thing — it’s about time we had one!”
I don’t know about you, Alberta, but I’ve had it “up to here” with Liberals attacking our energy sector. Since 2015 they have gone out of their way to cancel already approved pipelines (đường ống), put a tanker ban on the West coast (while conveniently ignoring the importation (nhập khẩu) of foreign oil on east coast) and creating a regulatory quagmire (đầm lầy) that makes building a pipeline in this country next to impossible.
