"Crowding out effect" nghĩa là gì?

"Crowding out effect" = hiệu ứng lấn át -> nghĩa là hiện tượng tăng chi tiêu khu vực công dẫn đến giảm hoặc loại bỏ hoàn toàn chi tiêu khu vực tư.
