"Digital nomad" = dân du cư mạng -> nghĩa là người làm việc hầu hết qua mạng, không có địa chỉ cố định (thường xuyên di chuyển).

The Senate has established (thành lập) that the digital nomad is a foreigner (người nước ngoài) employed with an employment contract with a company registered outside Romania, which provides services through the use of information and communication technology.
