“No homo” nghĩa là gì?

“No homo” có homo là viết tắt của homosexual (đồng tính luyến ái) -> từ này nghĩa là khẳng định hành động hay lời nói âu yếm/ngọt ngào vừa mới thực hiện không mang tính chất đồng tính luyến ái (vẫn là trai thẳng), thường dùng ở cuối câu.

Ví dụ

James: I miss you, Adam!

Adam: I miss you more!

James: Really?

Adam: But no homo tho!

'No homo'. A man is talking about how he's concerned about his male friend who seems to be going through a tough time.

In a perfect world, two men might be able to comfortably and platonically (quan hệ yêu đương lý tưởng thuần khiết) say “I love you” without needing to follow it up with a feverish (bồn chồn, gây sốt) “no homo.” Until then, however, we live in Fink’s reality, wherein affection shows itself most clearly in a bloody nose or a swinging fist.
