"Wish-cycling" nghĩa là gì?

"Wish-cycling" -> nghĩa là vứt đồ vào thùng rác và hi vọng nó có thể được tái chế, trong khi trên thực tế thì có lẽ không thể tái chế được.

This week — during waste reduction week — the city is trying to get a message to residents (cư dân) that so-called “wish-cycling” no matter how well-intentioned actually contributes to high contamination rates.
