"Broken plan room/space/playout" -> nghĩa là căn phòng lớn được chia ra nhiều khu vực nhỏ cho nhiều mục đích khác nhau.

So if you're short on space, your multifunctional (đa năng), broken plan living room space may play the part of home gym one day and hosting space the next. Because carpet burn isn't comfy and laminate flooring can be slippery!
I'm also a massive fan of multi-functional broken plan design. My living room space is an office by day and social space to relax on evenings and weekends.
