"John 3:16" -> nghĩa là đoạn thơ trong Kinh thánh được trích dẫn rộng rãi để tóm tắt niềm tin của các tín đồ Công giáo rằng Chúa đã hi sinh con mình để cứu rỗi nhân loại. Từ này có liên hệ tới các biển hiệu cổ vũ mà người hâm mộ mang đến các trận đấu thể thao.

John 3:16 Mission said it's been a tough (khó khăn) year, and everyone deserves to eat a Thanksgiving meal -- whether you can afford it or not. The non-profit will be giving away food baskets this week to families in need. Those baskets will include ingredients for a holiday meal, including a Turkey.
John 3:16 Mission has been in desperate need (cần rất nhiều) of turkey donations to feed Thanksgiving dinner to those who are struggling financially this year. Two semi-trucks loaded with turkeys were brought to the John 3:16 family and youth center not only meeting their need but exceeding it.
“Now the rest of it is the canned goods, the yams, the pumpkin pie filling and all the things to make a full Thanksgiving meal festive for the people that are coming to John 3:16,” Rev. Whitaker said.
I think the artist was inspired (truyền cảm hứng) by John 3:16-17: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life. Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.”
