"Pig headed" nghĩa là gì?

"Pig headed" = thủ lợn -> nghĩa là người ngu ngốc, không chịu thay đổi quan điểm; 'đã ngu còn cứng đầu'.

I'm all for freedom of choice, people wearing what they want, folk believing in whatever god they like- but shunning a vaccine which protects you from serious illness and potential death - AND MOST IMPORTANTLY EVERYONE AROUND YOU - is a sign of arrogance (cứng đầu), of pig-headed selfishness.
In light of Tesla’s constant insistence (mong muốn) that it is doing everything possible to make its cars as safe as possible, it’s behavior in the real world calls into question whether this is all about Elon Musk being pig headed. It certainly seems that way to outsiders.
