"Dynamite charge" nghĩa là gì?

"Dynamite charge" -> nghĩa là chỉ dẫn tòa án tới bồi thẩm đoàn đang bế tắc, động viên họ phải cân nhắc cho đến khi đạt được phán quyết cuối cùng.
