"Cat tax" nghĩa là gì?

"Cat tax" = thuế mèo -> nghĩa là hình ảnh/video dễ thương về con mèo được đăng trên mạng như "tiền phạt" (thuế) vui nhộn/châm biếm khi được giới thiệu trên một diễn đàn hoặc nền tảng truyền thông xã hội vì vi phạm quy tắc nhóm trên mạng hoặc chỉ để mua vui.
