"Rag the puck" có puck là quả bóng khúc côn cầu -> cụm từ này (trong môn khúc côn cầu) nghĩa là cố câu giờ bằng cách giữ bóng càng lâu càng tốt; nghĩa (rộng) là cố đình trệ, trì hoãn, câu giờ bằng cách thực hiện các hoạt động lãng phí thời gian.
