"Pardon me for existing" nghĩa là gì?

"Pardon me for existing" = xin lỗi vì đã tồn tại nhé -> câu phản ứng/bật lại giận giữ đối với lời chỉ trích/phê bình mà người nói thấy không có cơ sở, nhất là khi họ cảm thấy vấn đề rất nhỏ, không có gì to tát/đáng làm quá lên.
Ví dụ
We recognize (nhận ra) and can relate to Baeck’s Jews — those German Jews who were “adherents (người ủng hộ) of a lazy Liberal Judaism that was peripheral to most of their lives;” who silently uttered to their German countrymen “Please pardon me for existing;” who built awe-inspiring, architecturally notable cathedrals — that were relatively empty except for the High Holy Days.
