"Standard issue" nghĩa là gì?

"Standard issue" có issue (quân sự) là số lượng (thức ăn, quần áo, súng đạn...) phát một lần (cho một người lính, cho một đơn vị...) -> từ này nghĩa là trang thiết bị được cung cấp cho các cá nhân trong nhóm/tập thể, nhất là các thành viên trong lực lượng quân đội.
