"Aye aye, Captain" nghĩa là gì?

"Aye aye, Captain" = vâng thưa thuyền trưởng -> lời khẳng định rằng yêu cầu, mệnh lệnh của thuyền trưởng đã được hiểu và sẽ được đáp ứng ngay; cũng được dùng đối với các yêu cầu, mệnh lệnh đến từ người khác.
Ví dụ

“Aye-aye, captain!” would be the proper response from any ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ fan. But you don’t have to dive millions of nautical miles (hải lý) to Bikini Bottom to immerse yourself into the animated series.
There was no stopping her then though - and she went all nautical. She said: "Aye aye captain. I can’t hear you." (See clip of her effort at top of the story).
