"Mean no offense" -> nghĩa là không muốn làm người khác, hay một nhóm bị tổn thương, tức giận vì điều vừa nói, làm.
Ví dụ
I mean no offense to general (phần lớn) Indian citizens that do not find their government to be a good one.
I mean no offense to teenagers — I genuinely believe y’all are some of the most intelligent people out there. I just remember the romance-related things I thought were a good idea versus now. (Not that I don’t still make poor decisions; I just make different types of poor choices.)
The hero of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City was Tommy Vercetti. Tommy’s dress sense was critiqued (phê bình) by his business associate Ken Rosenberg thusly: “I mean, no offense, but I think you might turn heads on the runway for the wrong reasons.”
I think you mean “he couldN’T care less”. Meaning he has no more care to give. It’s a common mistake or potentially a typo (lỗi in ấn) and I mean no offense. I just wanted to point it out so you can correct that in your vocabulary if need.
