"It's not what you say, but how you say it" -> nghĩa là nội dung lời nói, thông điệp không quan trọng bằng cách nói, diễn đạt.

Ví dụ
Emojis are redefining (định nghĩa lại) the adage, ‘It’s not what you say, but how you say it’. The little smiley faces livened (cổ vũ) up conversations when we were bound to our homes. These fun zingy patches crushed digital barriers (rào cản) and brought teams closer than any engagement activity when we were distributed across the globe. In fact, we used these emojis so much that we nearly ran out and added 334 new emojis in 2021. So, what is the fuss about?

Is this tracking (theo dõi) of the different names pedantic (ra vẻ mô phạm)? I hope not. The matter of how we name things is important to my poetry. In other words, it’s not what you say but how you say it. Another part of this story that is important to me is the landscape and history of place.

And most importantly, it’s not what you say, but how you say it, Pirasteh said. With the right approach (phương pháp), it’s possible to broach these conversations in a healthy way.

As the old adage (câu ngạn ngữ) goes: It’s not what you say, but how you say it — and it’s clear the way brands talk about themselves needs a major reset.
