"Fire from the hip" nghĩa là gì?

"Fire from the hip" = bắn từ hông -> nghĩa là nói năng, hành động hấp tấp, liều lĩnh, không màng hậu quả. Câu này ám chỉ việc rút súng ra từ trong bao và bắn ngay chứ không nhắm trước.
