"Peace at any price" nghĩa là gì?

"Peace at any price" = hòa bình bằng mọi giá -> nghĩa là chính sách ngoại giao khi một nước cố gắng giữ hòa bình bằng cách nhượng bộ nước tấn công.

There’s a puzzling (gây hoang mang) trend among European leaders who appear to be seeking peace at any price in Ukraine.
Even as early as June, Europe-wide polls showed a strong public preference (ưa thích hơn) for “justice” – in the form of a complete defeat of Putin – over peace at any price in the Baltics, Poland and the UK.
Inability to commit to relationships, paralyzing (làm tê liệt) indecision, romanticizing, trying to force peace at any price, trouble ending relationships.
These points are not an argument for “peace at any price.” Nor do they prescribe accepting settlements that are just an intermission (tạm nghỉ) until the next act of violence, although temporary cease-fires can allow civilians to escape and facilitate humanitarian relief.
