"Three Percenter" nghĩa là gì?

"Three Percenter" = người thuộc nhóm 3% -> nghĩa là người ủng hộ việc giải thích chặt chẽ Tu chính án thứ hai của hiến pháp Mỹ, tin tưởng mạnh mẽ vào cuộc nổi dậy vũ trang chống lại sự lạm quyền của chính phủ, nhất là luật về súng đạn.

Morris’s reporting on the Three Percenters was mentioned in a lawsuit against the Solano County Sheriff’s Office for the beating of a Black woman during a traffic stop near Dixon. The suit alleged that one of the sheriff’s employees named in Morris’s reporting, Sgt. Roy Stockton, had supervised the two deputies who dragged the woman away from her car and hit her until she was unconscious after she was stopped for mismatched license plates.

Another Three Percenter group called the Florida Guardians of Freedom circulated a flier on Dec. 24, 2020, stating that they were “responding to the call from President Donald J. Trump to assist in the security, protection, and support of the people as we all protest the fraudulent (lừa dối) election and re-establish liberty (sự tự do) for our nation.” The group’s leader, according to the report, published a “safety video” on Facebook explaining to his followers that D.C. law would allow them to carry weapons such as “an expandable metal baton (dùi cui, gậy cảnh sát), a walking cane and a folding knife” to the protest on Jan. 6.
