A now-viral tweet pointed out that the name could come off as “volkswa genitalia,” which turned the brand into the butt of several online jokes and caused it to go viral.

“Volkswagen Italy, please never change your Instagram handle,” read one tweet that was liked over 240,000 times.

...While the official Instagram page has mostly been posting content about Italian soccer player Francesco Totti, many comments continue to make fun of VW’s handle, with several people saying that they followed simply because of the name.

As of Tuesday, the handle has remained the same.
