A car passenger 'acted like a complete moron (người trẻ nít, người khờ dại)' when he dropped his trousers in front of police and waved his penis (dương vật) about. Jamie Cooper also threatened to 'dump on the bonnet' of the police car after being stopped in Watchet.

The chaotic (lộn xộn) incident included him calling one officer a virgin (trinh nữ) while getting into the police car and beeping the horn. The episode happened near a school, in daytime, along a residential street.

Cooper appeared at Taunton Crown Court to be sentenced for exposure and possessing a kitchen knife. His lawyer (luật sư) said his behaviour had been idiotic but he is ashamed (xấu hổ) of what happened.

Cooper was a passenger in a vehicle stopped by police in North Croft. While officers were trying to speak to the driver Cooper became obstructive. His antics included blocking an officer's path to the driver and answering questions for him. He was abusive and got into the driver's seat of the police car while calling the officer a 'nonce' and a paedophile (người có khoái cảm tình dục với trẻ con, kẻ ấu dâm).
