"Constitutional revolution" nghĩa là gì?

'Constitutional revolution' = cuộc cách mạng hiến pháp -> nghĩa là “sự điều chỉnh hiến pháp mang tính lịch sử” hoặc “sự thay đổi căn bản về ý nghĩa hiến pháp”.
