- Create something exciting: to "create" may be difficult, just do something out of daily routine - go home on another road, go and see film, paint a picture...
- Drink plenty of water: instead of keeping in mind to drink water, lay a bottle beside
- Feel your emotion --> agree, however not "Feel fear" but "Free fear"!
- Quiet your mind --> utterly agree: Nothing sooooooooo important than health --> I will quit today right after my boss leave for HCMC :D
