"Bells and whistles" nghĩa là gì?

Khi muốn jazz up (làm cho tươi tắn hơn) một cái gì, các bạn phải dùng những thứ đặc biệt. Người Mỹ gọi đó là 'bells and whistles' (shared via VOA) với bell là cái chuông, và whistle là cái còi, tức là những thứ làm cho mọi vật linh động hẳn lên nhưng không hẳn là những thứ cần thiết.
