"Big-girl pants" nghĩa là gì?

"Big-girl pants" = Quần cho cô gái chín chắn -> Từ lóng chỉ khả năng hành xử như một người phụ nữ trưởng thành. Cụm này cũng hàm ý một cách miệt thị rằng họ đang hành xử không phù hợp như một người phụ nữ thực thụ.

Furthermore, Christine demanded that Tori finally act like a producer and do some dirty work. So Tori put on her big girl pants and fired the writer. But Christine also wanted her to get Shannen on board, since for her, there was no show without Brenda (duh).
