"Channel surfer" = Người lướt sóng kênh truyền hình -> Người nhanh thay đổi kênh xem và đổi liên tục, không xem kỹ kênh nào cả.

This guy is the ultimate channel surfer. A French inventor on Sunday successfully flew across the English Channel on a jet-powered (năng lược vòi nước) hoverboard — that would make Marty McFly from “Back to the Future” envious.
The good news is that after constant use, the AirTV Mini never felt sluggish (uể oải, chậm chạp) or stuttered (cà lăm, nói lắp) while streaming. What does it mean to put a streaming device through its paces? It means being a channel surfer, or an app surfer.
Solution: While you expect a “no” response, keep trying to engage your partner in a walk or other low-key activity, because you’re leading by example. Don’t let your channel surfer talk you out of an activity to “relax and hang out.” There’s always time for that later. Accept that a physically active life might not be something you share with your partner (but keep trying!). If you’re not a solo exerciser, find a buddy or take a class.
