"Sleeping partner" nghĩa là gì?

"Sleeping partner" = người ngủ chung giường/chung chăn gối -> nghĩa là người cùng tham gia/hợp tác trong kinh doanh và đặc biệt trong đầu tư tài chính, không cần trực tiếp quản lý hay điều hành mọi việc mỗi ngày.
Ví dụ
Sleeping partner. A sleeping partner who is not involved but is entitled to (có quyền/được phép) a share of the profits may be a huge burden to the remaining partners.
