"Hostile takeover" nghĩa là gì?

"Hostile takeover" = thâu tóm thù địch -> Một thương vụ mua bán và sáp nhập công ty với đặc điểm chính là ban quản lí của công ty mục tiêu không muốn thoả thuận này được thực hiện.
