"Skeleton staff" nghĩa là gì?

"Skeleton staff" có từ "skeleton" ở đây có nghĩa là khung sườn = nhân viên chủ chốt -> số nhân viên tối thiểu cần để vận hành một công ty trong kỳ nghỉ hay các dịp lễ, tết hoặc không cần thiết có đủ nhân viên.
