"Confidence-building measure" nghĩa là gì?

"Confidence-building measure" = biện pháp xây dựng lòng tin -> (chính trị, kinh tế) biện pháp loại bỏ hay giảm thiểu xung đột, tranh chấp giữa hai hoặc nhiều bên.
