"Postage and handling" nghĩa là gì?

"Postage and handling" = cước phí và xử lý -> phí tại bưu cục (bao gồm bọc, gói và xử lý mặt hàng). Còn "shipping and handling" là cước phí vận chuyển mặt hàng đến tay người nhận.
Ví dụ
If you would like a copy emailed to you contact me at mahan.2@att.net. If you want a copy mailed to you send a note to Jerry Mahan, 317 Country Club Drive, Xenia Ohio 45385. Please enclose (gửi kèm) $4 for postage and handling.
While people can't purchase bus fares (vé xe buýt) in person at the downtown transit center (trạm trung chuyển), CATA offers an online option at cata.org/Fares/Buy-Online/products. The transit center is waiving fees (miễn phí) for postage, shipping and handling on passes.
